Manifestation to Conquer Your Goals

Manifestation is the process of making your thoughts reality. I know, it sounds kind of out there, but you have been manifesting your entire life. Your thoughts and beliefs have created everything around you.

Manifesting What You Desire

What you focus on expands, so what are you manifesting? Seriously, what are you thinking about? What is always right there, in the front of your mind?

Are you always worried that you don’t have enough money? That you have rotten luck? That you’ll never find your true love? Chances are, you’re right! With those thoughts always floating close to the surface they will probably come true.

Have you ever had a situation where you felt really good about something, sure it would happen? Did it? I bet it did. Those good thoughts brought it to be.

Changing Our Thought Patterns

If manifestation is a given, how do we change what we are manifesting?

Positive minds, positive vibes, positive life. Using manifestation to conquer your goals

Focus on What You Want

I realize it sounds simple, but, in a way, it is. Focus on the feelings of what you want and feel positive about it, positive about having it. Feel good in your body and emotions.

Instead of focusing on not having enough money, focus on how it feels to have enough. You don’t need to worry about paying the bills or buying groceries. Need to get your car fixed? No problem. You can pay for it easily.

Inspired Action

Start to take inspired action towards having what you want. Inspired action means to take action with awareness of how it makes us feel as we move towards having what we want.

Taking action with awareness allows us to know when we are coming across some limiting beliefs and to recognize the negative voice that tells us to stop or change direction.

The simplest method to follow when we hit a contrary belief, it to just ignore it and replace it with a positive one. This may take some repetition, but it is well worth it.


Affirmations are positive sayings, or mantras, affirming our beliefs. When repeated often, and you believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. 

Examples include:

  • I am a winner
  • Everything will work out for me
  • The tools I need to succeed are in my possession
  • I am worthy of love and joy
  • I deserve happiness

How to Use Your Affirmations

Starting with the list of affirmations, or your own list, repeat each affirmation in a slow, confident tone. Go down the list like you mean it like you believe it and if it is real or has already happened.

Consistency is the key to manifesting your future. Say your affirmations twice a day, preferably around the same time each day.

You can also try writing your affirmations rather than saying them out loud.

If you consistently do this for two weeks, you will see a real difference in yourself and your life. At that point, you will have seen just how powerful the changes that positive affirmations make can be.
